Another good use for a banana
I was feeling sorry for myself because they had closed the Medina River crossings in the county during these days of COVID restrictions. They are pleasant places to hang out and you can find interesting phenomena in the water, like the rock stackings I found last summer.
But on the other hand, at least I don’t live in Houston anymore. I’m not very fond of eating bananas, much less wearing them.
Somewhere there has to be a parodist who’s working on “Yes, We have no bandanas.”
No doubt. There have been a lot of creative face mask styles around here, but the favorite seems to be the old-fashioned bandana. It can look like I’m living in one of those old westerns I used to watch on Saturday TV back in the day.
